A judicial delegation – a Syrian security delegation to Beirut and Sharia wants to excuse the Arab convicts

“Al -Akhbar” wrote: Follow -up sources said that the Ahmed Sharia government demands that the amnesty project prepared by Prime Minister Nawaf Salam is not limited to sending it to the House of Representatives under the title of reducing the number of prisoners in Lebanon, to the Syrian convicts and detainees only, but rather to include the arbitrators, Lebanese detainees and others of Arab nationalities accused of terrorism.

It is expected that a Syrian -security delegation will arrive in Beirut this week to discuss the files stuck between the two countries, foremost of which is the file of the Syrian detainees in Lebanese prisons and the seizure of the border. The delegation includes representatives of the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Justice and Interior, who will meet their Lebanese officials, under the supervision of Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Mitri.
