After a parliamentary session … amending the Public and Private Partnership Law

The sub -committee emanating from the joint parliamentary committees held a session before the noon of Wednesday, 20 August 2025, headed by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Elias Bou Saab to study the draft urgent law contained in Decree No. 602 to amend Law No. 48 of 2017 related to the regulation of partnership between the public and private sectors.

The deputies and the government participated in the session, and it was agreed to make amendments to some of the project articles to be presented later in the next session to approve them and follow the lesson of the rest of the subjects.
