The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, will deliver a speech tomorrow, Wednesday at 6 p.m., at the opening of the Central Ashura Council.

The speech comes at the beginning of the revival of the Ashura councils, amid anticipation of the positions that Qasim will launch in light of the recent political and field developments.
