“Tawfeer International”, a subsidiary of the “Capital Partners” group and one of the leading companies in the low-cost retail sector in Lebanon, announced the official opening of the Tawfeer Max branch in Jbeil, in a new step within its expansion plan aimed at presenting a different concept of shopping based on the principle: “Buy more, pay less.”


The new store is located on the Beirut-Tripoli Highway in Jbeil, within an area extending over 2,000 square metres, and includes more than 5,500 products carefully selected to meet the needs of families, individuals, and small business owners, within a shopping experience that combines low prices and purchasing in large quantities in a practical, comfortable and accessible way to a wider segment of consumers.

The launch of Tawfeer Max comes in response to the transformations witnessed in Lebanese consumer behavior in light of economic pressures and the high cost of living, as the search for value and savings has become an essential element in daily purchasing decisions. From this standpoint, Tawfeer Max presents a new model that aims to enable the consumer to benefit from permanently low prices, instead of relying on temporary offers and seasonal campaigns.

The store adopts a tiered pricing system based on three clear and transparent price categories, without any subscription fees or special conditions. The first category provides the lowest price per item in the Lebanese market for all shoppers, while the second category provides lower prices when purchasing in larger quantities, which helps families manage their monthly budgets more effectively. As for the third category, it provides customized prices for wholesale purchases, allowing owners of small businesses, shops, restaurants, and cafes to benefit from competitive prices that were previously limited to major distribution channels.

The Jbeil branch is an extension of the Savings Max experience that was launched in the “Cascada Mall” in the Bekaa in late 2025, with the model developed to suit the specificity of the northern coast, where population density intersects with tourism and commercial activity. The new branch serves the regions of Jounieh, Jbeil, Batroun and the surrounding areas, an area that includes more than 300,000 people, in addition to more than a million visitors annually, as well as being one of the most active Lebanese regions at the level of small commercial establishments, restaurants and the hospitality sector.

The company confirmed that the price policy adopted by Tawfeer Max is not based on temporary reductions or temporary pressure on the profit margin, but rather is based on an integrated operational model that includes direct relationships with suppliers, precise management of the product assortment, and a central logistics system, in addition to adopting more efficient operational standards at the level of store management and energy consumption.

It is expected that the new branch will provide 85 direct job opportunities, with priority in employment being given to the people of Jbeil and neighboring areas, within the framework of a vision that considers creating economic and social value an essential part of the company’s role within the communities in which it operates.
