Brazilian national team coach Carlo Ancelotti summoned Fabinho, Al-Ittihad Jeddah player, and Roger Ibanez, Al-Ahly defender, to the “Seleção” list participating in the 2026 World Cup, while excluding Al-Nasr goalkeeper Pinto.
The list included three goalkeepers: Alisson, Ederson, and Everton, who replaced Pinto, in addition to a defense line that included Alex Sandro, Bremer, Danilo, Douglas Santos, Gabriel, Ibañez, Leo Pereira, Marquinhos, and Wesley.
In midfield, Ancelotti chose Bruno Guimarães, Casemiro, Danilo, Fabinho, and Lucas Paqueta, while the attack included Andric, Gabriel Martinelli, Igor Thiago, Luiz Henrique, Matthews Cunha, Neymar, Rafinha, Ryan, and Vinicius Junior.
Brazil plays in Group C alongside Morocco, Haiti, and Scotland.
