between "Resonant speech" and"Humiliating silence"...An Israeli attack on a narrative "Capacity building": Hezbollah's arsenal is dissipating

The Israeli army spokeswoman, Captain Ella, republished part of the interview with Wafiq Safa, a leader in Hezbollah, on her account on the “X” platform. She commented on the clip with harsh criticism, as she saw that what is called “capacity building” and “quantity and quality” is nothing but “an attempt to justify a long silence.”

In her comment, she stated that “attempts to justify (humiliating silence) for long months under the name of capacity building and equipping quantity and quality are nothing but a veiled admission of impotence.”

She went on to say that “the reality on the ground is much simpler than those resonant speeches,” stressing that “whoever needs 15 months to collect his weapons and then sees them evaporate in hours under our precise strikes is not called prepared, but rather defeated in advance.”

This statement comes in the midst of a heated media war, parallel to the military battles, where the parties exchange messages of a political and military nature through the digital space, while operations continue on multiple fronts.
