Al Hilal Club announced that its defender, Hassan Timbukti, suffered a hamstring injury, which led to his absence from the team’s group training that took place on Monday evening. The player was at the club clinic to receive treatment.
Timbukti had felt some pain in his back muscle during his team’s last match against Al-Fateh, which required coach Simone Inzaghi to replace him in the 28th minute of the first half.
It is worth noting that Hassan returned to participate against Al-Fateh after missing due to the same injury, the “back muscle,” from his team’s two previous matches against Al-Shabab and Al-Najma, which were before Al-Hilal’s last match against Al-Fateh in Al-Ahsa.
Al-Zaeem players resumed training on Monday evening after the rest the coach gave them on Sunday, following their match against Al-Fateh last Saturday. This is in preparation for the important confrontation that will bring together “Blue of the Capital” and Al-Ahly on Wednesday at Al-Enmaa Stadium in Jeddah, within the framework of the semi-finals of the King’s Cup.
