In a case that reveals a shocking level of child exploitation, the Public Prosecution Office in the Central District in Israel, today, Wednesday, filed an indictment before the Central Court in Lod against a 33-year-old woman and her 43-year-old partner, on charges of committing a series of sexual crimes against the woman’s two daughters, who were between the ages of 8 and 12, in addition to two young children from her family members, whose ages range from about 1 to 3 years.
According to a report by journalist Maya Cohen on the Israeli “ynet” website, the indictment includes very serious facts, including the mother, during her intimate relationship with the accused, photographing her two minor daughters and sending pictures and video clips to her partner, who in turn was accused of committing sexual assaults against minors.
According to the indictment presented by lawyer Lital Mahallal, the two defendants met each other about a year and a half ago through a dating application, and entered into an intimate relationship. During the relationship, they exchanged many messages about sexual deviations, and touched on the accused’s sexual past and their sexual fantasies about her two minor daughters.
The two defendants also exchanged pornographic materials of a sexual nature related to children, including pictures and video clips of adults and minors in general, and of minor women and young children in particular. The correspondence, according to the indictment, included the defendant’s fantasies about having sexual intercourse with his partner’s two daughters, in addition to sexual fantasies of both of them with imaginary children who were supposed to be their children in the future.
At the beginning of the sexual relationship, the accused explained to the woman that he was interested in sexual deviations and did not want a long-term relationship with her. According to the indictment, because of her desire to continue and maintain the relationship, the accused worked to fulfill his requests and desires, with his knowledge and encouragement.
Within the context of the relationship, the accused, on her own initiative or at the request of the accused, photographed and recorded her two minor daughters, and then sent the photographic material to him. According to the accusation, the accused was praising her and expressing his admiration and excitement from these materials, and he said that these pictures were “the most exciting pictures he had seen during the last year.”
The accused then encouraged her to continue documenting the two minors in intimate and partially clothed positions, which the accused continued to do. According to the indictment, the woman documented the two minors in various positions, partially clothed, underwear, and swimsuits, or without clothes, and sent the pictures to the accused, who used them with the aim of achieving sexual gratification.
The indictment also indicates that during two meetings between the defendants at the woman’s home, the defendant aroused himself sexually in the bedroom while watching one of the minors sleeping in the woman’s bed, while the mother was sitting near her, with the aim of arousing and providing sexual satisfaction for both parties.
The list also accuses the accused of carrying out sexual acts between them in the presence of the girls who were sleeping in the room, while the accused was watching them.
The details of the case, as stated in the indictment, reveal the exploitation of children within a circle that is supposed to be the safest for them, as the accusations were not limited to documenting minors and exploiting their photos, but also included exposing them to scenes and actions of a sexual nature inside the home. These are facts that, if proven in court, would put the protection of minors from sexual exploitation to a very serious test.
