Sidon Municipality Police continues to remove encroachments

Sidon Municipality announced in a statement that the municipal police continue to implement periodic campaigns to remove violations and encroachments on public property in various neighborhoods and streets of the city, with the aim of restoring the system and securing a smooth traffic movement for pedestrians and cars, and protecting public property that is the right of all the city’s people. She emphasized that these campaigns come as part of a comprehensive plan to organize the city, appreciating the great efforts made by the municipal police around the clock, despite the daily challenges and pressure facing them during the implementation of their duties.
She stressed that any infringement of public property is a violation of the laws and regulations in force, calling on all citizens and stakeholders to remove any violation voluntarily, and to adhere to the laws in the interest of Sidon and its people, stressing that it will not tolerate the pursuit and remove any violation. She confirmed that the police campaigns and patrols will continue periodically and permanently, to ensure the organization of the city and protect the right of everyone to use public property.
