The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has begun delivering certificates for the general secondary certificate in all its branches for the year 2026, with the distribution process gradually expanding to include various educational regions during the next few days.

The Ministry explained that, starting today, the testimonies have become available in the educational districts in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, and Nabatieh, allowing the concerned students to review them and receive their testimonies according to the approved mechanism.

She pointed out that students who have an urgent need for statements, especially due to travel or appointments related to urgent transactions, can go to the aforementioned educational districts to obtain them.

As for students from the rest of the educational regions who need their information urgently during the coming days, they can visit the Official Examinations Department and submit their applications within the next 3 days.

The Ministry confirmed that the distribution of the testimonies to the rest of the regions will be completed successively within a period ranging between 3 and 4 days, so that the testimonials will become available in all educational regions within this period.

She stressed that, within a maximum period of 3 to 4 days, the process of delivering third-year secondary school certificates in all its branches will have included the various regions, allowing students to receive them directly from their regions in accordance with the approved procedures.

The high school certificate affidavit is one of the basic documents that students need after the official examination results are issued. It is used for registration in universities and institutes, completing travel files and scholarships, in addition to official transactions that require proof of success in the secondary stage.

The current distribution process comes in preparation for completing the delivery of certificates to all those who passed the high school certificate for the year 2026, allowing them to complete their academic and administrative transactions within the required deadlines.
