Mohamed Salah’s name has been linked to several clubs in the recent period, led by American San Diego, alongside Italian Juventus and Turkish Fenerbahce, in contrast to the interest of major clubs in the Saudi League.
Saudi journalist Khaled Al-Qahtani revealed on the “X” platform that Mohamed Salah is close to officially leaving for the Saudi club Al-Ittihad next season.
Al-Qahtani said: “Al-Ittihad is closer to Salah than any other team. Everything in Jeddah makes Salah close.”
Mohamed Salah agreed to leave by mutual consent with the Liverpool management at the end of the current season, so that the Egyptian star began a new phase in his football career after many years spent inside the Anfield castle, during which he became one of the team’s most prominent and influential stars in the modern era.
Salah’s career with Liverpool witnessed great successes after he played a prominent role in the team regaining the English Premier League and Champions League titles. (Russia Today)
