Arsenal celebrated its victory in the English Football League title, after the end of its last match of the season against Crystal Palace, today, Sunday, which ended with a 2-1 victory.

Arsenal secured the title for the 14th time in its history and for the first time since 2004, after its direct competitor, Manchester City, tied with Bournemouth 1-1 last Tuesday.

After the end of the match, the Arsenal players entered the dressing room to wear celebratory shirts, with the words “Champions” written on them next to the number 26. All the team’s players and coach Mikel Arteta wore those shirts to celebrate raising the League Cup at Selhurst Park.

Martin Odegaard, captain of Arsenal, raised the cup in front of the stand where Arsenal fans were present at Crystal Palace Stadium, and the players and fans entered into a great celebratory atmosphere after the return of the title that had been missing for 22 years, in the presence of American Stan Kroenke, owner of the club, and his son Josh Kroenke, CEO and Vice President of the club.

The fans sang with the players, in addition to the fans taking souvenir photos with the players and coach Arteta in a festive scene that has not happened since the end of the 2003/2004 season at Highbury Stadium, the former stadium of Arsenal, which moved to the Emirates Stadium in the summer of 2006.

Next Saturday, Arsenal will face its French rival, Paris Saint-Germain, in the Champions League final at the Puskas Arena in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.
