Al-Nasr received a heavy blow in the race to compete for the Saudi Roshan League title, after losing to Al-Qadisiyah 3-1, in a result that reignited the summit’s struggle with Al-Hilal in the final rounds.
The loss of “Al-Alamy” came after a long series of victories, as it achieved 16 consecutive victories in the league, and 20 victories in various competitions.
Al-Qadisiyah repeated its superiority over Al-Nasr back and forth, and also became the first team to defeat Cristiano Ronaldo’s team 5 times in a row in the history of the Roshan League.
Al-Qadisiyah provided a great service to Al-Hilal, which is in second place, as Al-Zaeem can reduce the difference with Al-Nasr to only two points if it wins over Al-Khaleej on Tuesday.
Musaab Al-Jawir, the former Al-Hilal player, contributed to this gift after scoring the goal that put Al-Qadisiyah ahead 2-1.
After the match between Al-Hilal and Al-Khaleej, only 3 rounds will remain until the end of the competition, including an anticipated confrontation between Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal that may be decisive in the title race. (Sports)
