The administrative body of the Lebanese Athletics Federation held a session at the Federation’s headquarters in Dekwaneh, headed by the Federation’s President, Roland Saadeh, and in the presence of Vice President Nemat Allah Bejjani, Secretary-General Dr. Wassim Al-Houli, Treasurer Simon Battani, and members Maria Kevorkian, Philippe Bejjani, and Imad Al-Qaisi.

It was decided to set the date for the Lebanese Individual Championship for men and women, in addition to the General Federation Cup for Teams (men and women), at their previously specified dates during the coming months of July and August. The national championships for age groups, which were scheduled to be held in May, were postponed to dates to be determined later.

It was also decided to organize an athletics meet over four days during the month of May, distributed as follows: a day for running, a day for jumping, a day for throwing, and a day dedicated to relay races. The date will be determined in the near future, and the clubs will be informed via an official circular that includes the technical conditions, the meeting program, and participation forms.

Also, it was approved to participate in the Third Arab Athletics Championship (Under 23 years) and the First Arab Athletics Championship (Under 16 years), which are scheduled to be held in Ismailia – Egypt, during the period from 20 to 25 June 2026.
