Warning from Yazza for drivers … and an appeal to the Ministry of Works

After documenting dozens of deadly openings on various international roads in Lebanon, which caused the death and disability of many people during the past years, the “Yazza” association ran the alarm.
She said in a statement: “The random wrapping in the middle of the international road is in the same attempt to commit suicide or an attempt to kill others unintentionally and therefore it is necessary to stop these deadly violations.” She emphasized that “such deadly openings expose the life of the driver and passengers and the rest of the road users to the risk of immediate death, as the Autostradat is designed for high speeds, and any illegal wrap turns into a deadly disaster.” Public works and transportation are drunk these deadly openings as quickly as possible on highways to reduce the possibility of random wrapping, and to protect road users from fatal dangers.
