In turn, the Union of Trade Unions and Users in Northern Lebanon expressed its regret for the arrest of the Kurdish Mukhtara, considering in a statement that “what happened violates the administrative and legal principles, and it was more useful to review the Minister of Interior before taking such a measure.”

The statement added: “The Mukhtara Hoda Al -Kurdi is known for her humanity and her constant standing alongside the poor, and her keenness to address the problems of citizens in its city and the cities of Al -Faiha.
