The Money Committee approved the linking of gifts to the laws of compensation for the victims of the Israeli attacks

The Finance and Budget Committee held a session today, Wednesday, and after the session, its chairman said: “The session was dedicated to 4 proposals and draft laws. He added, “As for the issue related to the amendment of the criticism and credit law in terms of issuing categories of currency exceeding one hundred thousand pounds in light of the deterioration of the exchange rate. He continued, “The Bank of Lebanon stressed that there is no problem in inflation, and the Bank of Lebanon has a mechanism to replace the currency in the market to prevent inflation, and we have asked it to implement this mechanism.”
As for the draft law received from the government to open an additional accreditation of 2250 billion for retirees, at a value of 12 million pounds per month, he said, “The law approved and we asked the Ministry of Finance and the Government to the financial impact from today until the end of the year, in terms of the additional credits required.
