The Ministry of Finance is alert to the need to fill out form p. 14 properly

The Ministry of Finance issued a statement in which the contracting companies warned with it to collect taxes and fees to “the need to ensure that all the khans are filed within the form of p. 14 in a correct way before receiving the notification.” It also made it clear that the citizens are obligated to adhere to the provisions of Resolution 768/1 dated 12/2022, which imposes the use of the form, p.

The Ministry stressed the necessity of paying the drawing of the financial nature of the notice of 100 thousand Lebanese pounds, noting that the aforementioned decision determined the scope of the use of the form with official transactions only, and therefore its use to pay fees for documents or special contracts signed between individuals or companies “currently unacceptable”.
