– The Ministry of Labor issued the following statement:
According to Law No. 319 dated 12/22/2023 related to amending some provisions of the Social Security Law and the establishment of the retirement and social protection system, and based on Decree No. 13973 dated 09/13/2024 related to the identification of the most representative bodies of employers and employees, and based on Decree No. 852 dated 08/08/2025, published in the Official Gazette on 08/21/2025, and related By defining the general and special conditions required for experts, state delegates and employers and the employees to run for the membership of the National Fund for Social Security, especially the third and fourth articles of it, first: The Minister of Labor, Dr. Muhammad Haider, announces the extension of the deadline for applying for nomination and the completion of the requests submitted to the membership of the National Social Security Fund, until 09/26/2025 implicitly.
