The “future” also stressed the importance of achieving a set of priorities, most notably: the approval of the series of ranks and salaries to compensate the professor with what befits his status, building partnerships with credit bodies to provide additional health coverage and hospitalization, fairness of the successful people in the Civil Service Council, and completing the matches to enhance the owners and end the interim contracting system, And activate the role of the association and professors in developing national educational curricula and projects, and reactivate the teacher fund to ensure the continuity of support for educators.
