The decision of the Council of Ministers is exclusive to the weapon

A ministerial source told “Kuwaiti News”: The government’s exclusive decision is an unimaginable decision that cannot be challenged or retracted. The wise and rational leadership of the army works carefully and with high wisdom in implementing the decision to address the issue of weapons. The government is going at a steady and studied pace in its decisions and the order of its priorities in the interest of Lebanon and the Lebanese.
The ministerial source continued: “The information indicates that the army’s plan was developed to be implemented carefully and keen to maintain security and stability, and to enhance the state’s sovereignty within a strategic and gradual framework for withdrawing weapons. And the procedures that follow the formation of a road map that is drawn with purely national fingers. The monthly report from the army to the Council of Ministers on the steps it takes according to what the plan includes, is the time limit that has already started since the cabinet welcomed the plan. The widespread solidarity that the army receives internally and externally is an incentive to complete the plan as quickly as possible, especially if the army is provided with urgent Arab and foreign aid.
