The arrest of a brokerage network inside the Justice Palace Baabda

The initial result of the investigations was the arrest of six people in the Baabda judicial detachment, while three others disappeared. However, the indicators indicate that the snowball is rolling, with weightings that the investigations lead to the disclosure of the involvement of judicial employees and perhaps larger names within this sensitive file, which opens the door to a wide judicial scandal.
The judge issued, from the first moment, instructed the Information Division, the Judicial Police and the Security of the State to follow up on all those suspected of involvement in brokerage work, whether inside the campus of the Palace of Justice or its doors, with the aim of revealing the entire strings of the network and those behind it. A step that was considered an indication of the seriousness of the Public Prosecution in the face of this phenomenon, which has been devouring Adliya for years and strikes citizens’ confidence in the judiciary.
In this context, it is not possible to neglect the professional accuracy in which the Baabda Judicial Detachment worked, as it showed a high ability to track the threads and link the evidence, which allowed the detection of this sensitive topic that could have passed unnoticed if the phone of the arrested driver was not audited.
This issue is not just a passing incident, but rather reveals the fragility of the security and administrative system inside the insufficiency of justice, as brokers find their way easily to the secrets of investigations by exploiting a simple exploitation that does not realize the danger of what they are doing.
