The army denies the Israeli allegations regarding the Irish soldier: the officers perform their duty

The Army Command – Directorate of Guidance was issued the following statement:
The army leadership denies these allegations, and confirms that the military establishment officers perform their national duty and carry out their tasks with all integrity and professionalism in various Lebanese regions. The aforementioned officer also played an important role in coordination with UNIFIL and revealing the circumstances of the incident, and this comes within the framework of close and continuous coordination between the army and UNIFIL. It continues to occupy Lebanese lands, and spread lies, more than ever, his insistence on destabilizing Lebanon.
