The American University Medical Center won this award

More than 267 health care institutions from 10 Arab countries submitted the competition, of which only 37 institutions qualified. The evaluation categories included: the patient’s care for the patient and community participation, leadership and governance, safety and quality of care, communication and information participation, innovation and technology, emotional and psychological support, continuity of care and transition management, the involvement and development of employees and health care providers, and access. It is characterized by a significant influence and a clear sustainability, with a passion and commitment of his work teams.
