He pointed out in a statement issued after the meeting that “it is unfortunate that the government has not yet made a clear and transparent plan to translate the principle of exclusive weapons, and the national security strategy mentioned in its ministerial statement, which is imposed on the state alone, has been responsible for protecting the land and citizens, borders and rights through the exclusive weapon in the hands of its military institutions, headed by the army.” In developing plans to meet the need of Lebanese electricity and water, in light of the largest electricity and water outage crisis and the high energy and water bills in the history of Lebanon. He explained that the Lebanese produce more than a thousand megawatts of electricity through solar energy, “However, the cost of energy increased on citizens and electrical nutrition decreased to less than four hours per day, while the feeding during the period of the current assumption of the Ministry exceeded 18 hours a day, and without relying on solar energy.” The statement added that “the urgent need for drinking water and irrigation and the high cost of obtaining it reveals the failure of the construction of dams.” In another context, the bloc condemned the “Israeli attack on the sisterly state of Qatar, which mediates to resolve the hostage issue and end the Adwan, which is undermined the efforts to bring peace in the region.” He also condemned “the sporadic Israeli attacks in the region, from Lebanon to any country with its sovereignty and pride.”
