Salama and Fredland discussed the funded restoration projects from Aliph after the Beirut port explosion



The Minister of Culture, Ghassan Salama, met in his office at the National Library – Al -Sanayeh, Executive Director of the International Alliance for the Protection of Heritage, Aliph Valerie Friedland. The meeting dealt with the research in the evaluation of projects that were funded by alihp after the port explosion, in addition to financing future projects in a number of Lebanese regions.

Fredland said, after the meeting: “It was a fruitful meeting during which we valued a number of projects that we helped in restoring them, especially after the Beirut port explosion, where we provided the necessary funding for approximately 40 homes and dozens of landmarks, churches and archaeological houses. The Lebanese is one of the priorities of Aliph.
