Preventing any slogan or anthem .. A new circular from the Syrian Ministry of Education for schools

The Syrian Ministry of Education issued a circular that includes the prevention of chanting any slogan or hymn in public and private schools at all educational levels, until the national anthem of the Syrian Arab Republic is approved, and the official slogan of the ministry in accordance with the established constitutional and legal principles.
In a circular to the directors of education in the governorates, the ministry stated that it is strictly prohibited in all public and private schools to repeat any hymn or slogan of any kind, based on the deliberations of the Supreme Education Council.
