Politicians and clerics of Imam Sayyid Musa al -Sadr recalled his absence, stressing his positions and national role and support for the Palestinian issue in particular.

In a statement to him, the scholar Sayyid Ali Fadlallah said: “The absence of Imam al -Sadr was a major loss of the unitary, national and Islamic role he was carrying, and to stand by the issues of justice, in advance of the Palestinian issue.”
He pointed to “the strong brotherly relationship that linked Imam al -Sadr to the reference, Mr. Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah,” recalling the visits of Imam al -Sadr to him in the Nabaa for consultation and research on many issues, and his participation in the celebrations that were held there.
He concluded: “They were collected by a common basic factor, which is their openness to human thought, and carried them the message of strengthening unity, rapprochement and dialogue with various sects.”
In turn, Bahaa Al -Hariri wrote on the platform “X”: “On the 47th anniversary of the absence of Imam Musa al -Sadr, we invoke a man who carried a comprehensive national project, raising the banner of justice and coexistence, and called for the state of law and institutions.
For his part, the excellent Mufti Al -Jaafari, Sheikh Ahmad Qablan, sent a message on the anniversary of the kidnapping of Imam Al -Sayyid Musa al -Sadr and his two companions, in which he said: “Dear Lebanese, on the day of Imam, Mr. Musa al -Sadr, I say: The fire of the civil war and the Israeli brutality did not extinguish one of his hands as the Imam Sayyid Musa al -Sadr did, and his concern was Lebanon, its sovereignty, its Christian Islamic partnership, and what he needed to develop. From the swamp of political sectarianism in the interest of Lebanon, the citizenship and the meeting of religions with all the literature of partnership and dedication to human interests and the necessary sacrifice and sacred blood the size of the dignity of this country and its great historical partnership. His people and dedicating his political powers to serve his collective national decision, and this is only by protecting the internal force that does not dispel it, and the unity of the unit does not tear it, and the army and resistance in this field are the sovereign strength of Lebanon, and Lebanon’s need for this sovereign duo is an existential necessity for the country amid an international game that burns the region and works to swallow the maps of political entities in front of our eyes. For his part, Mufti Tire and Jabal Amel, the scholar Sheikh Hassan Abdullah, said that “the project launched by Imam Sayyid Musa al -Sadr is an extension of the approach of the Prophet Muhammad and Imam Ali, based on building one society and a final homeland for all his sons, based on justice, equality and mutual respect for beliefs.
He stressed that “Imam al -Sadr rejected the sectarian and class system”, and called for the system of social justice and the abolition of political sectarianism as the only entrance to stability and preservation of human dignity.
Likewise, the head of the “Victory Movement” MP Melhem Al -Hajiri saw in a statement that “in the decisive historical turns we return to the biography of the vulnerable imam and in front of the Maqqa. Al -Hujairi concluded: “We are steadfast, we will remain in the ranks of Imam al -Sadr, and we pledge it, we will not calm down and will not be reluctant, chanting with him will not smile Lebanon as long as the south remains in pain, and we will not abandon the weapon of the place.
The Progressive Socialist Party was issued by the following statement: “On the forty -seventh anniversary of the absence of Imam Musa al -Sadr and his two companions, Sheikh Muhammad Yaqoub and the journalist Abbas Badr al -Din, the Progressive Socialist Party recalls Imam Al -Mughib, Naseer Social Justice, National Unity, and the advocate of dialogue between religions and sects.
