US President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday evening that the agreement between Hamas and Israel regarding ending the war in the Gaza Strip is “very close.”
Trump said during an event at the White House: “I just communicated with officials about the Gaza deal… The negotiations are going well and the Gaza agreement is very close.”
Trump also revealed that he may go to Egypt on Sunday.
