Official cooperation to revive traditional professions in Tripoli

The Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salama, discussed with the Minister of Social Affairs Hanin Al -Sayed at the National Library Office – Al -Sanayeh, a number of joint development activities between the two ministries. It was agreed to launch a project to develop the teaching of traditional youth professions in the city of Tripoli, with funding from external support, to start work soon. The project aims to enable the rising generation to have practical skills related to heritage and handicrafts, in a way that contributes to supporting the local economy and reviving the city’s cultural heritage.
