“Neither I nor the party with us news” … Berri mocks the rumors of the dispute

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri deals with great caution and accurate realism with the file of the ongoing negotiations with the American presidential delegate Thomas Barrak, in light of a regional compressor and highly sensitive interior intersections. Berri, as head of the legislative authority and national and Shiite reference, is well aware of the volume of national and political responsibility assigned to him, and is keen not to rush to disclose negotiations or intimidation with its repercussions.
In this context, Berri avoids going into the details of the talks and the accompanying international pressures and escalating Israeli military threats, preferring to be satisfied at this stage by sending thoughtful and intense signals that express his position without being involved in records or emotions, according to what was confirmed by circles close to Ain Al -Tina.
Berri has emerged from the attempts of some parties the repeated promotion of the possibility of a broad war every time before or followed by Barak’s visit to Beirut, considering that this type of speech does not take into account the feelings of the Lebanese and their living conditions, but rather deepens obsessions and turmoil in an environment that does not tolerate more pressure.
In a statement to the newspaper “Al -Gomhoria”, Berry said: “In isolation from the nature of Israeli intentions, some intentionally intended to be repeatedly in a widespread war on Lebanon is surprising and inconsistent with the spirit of national responsibility.”
Regarding the file of weapons and negotiations on the future of the defense strategy, Berri valued the way the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, dealt with this sensitive file, considering that the “approach adopted by President Aoun is good and balanced”, and constitutes a floor that can be built on for a comprehensive national approach.
In response to the rumors that are being circulated by the rumors of the disputes between it and the Hezbollah, a smiling land replied: “No, I, the party, is with us, news … Let them chatter”, referring to permanent attempts to sow discord between the two allies.
With regard to Barak’s statements about the necessity of taking “practical steps to disarm”, Berri considered that his words are “directed to the government”, noting that, for his part, “is still concerned with the search for agreed national solutions that preserve sovereignty and prevent slipping into an internal clash.”
On the eve of the upcoming legislative session tomorrow, Thursday, Berry stressed the importance of legal approval of the independence of the judiciary and the structure of banks, considering that the Parliament plays its full legislative role in the context of reform, stressing that the required reforms “is a national need before it is an external demand.”
In parallel with political developments, Berri showed special attention to the conditions of retirees and contractors, who suffer from deteriorating living conditions, saying:
“Their salaries are low and do not fit their bids, and I understand their suffering that needs urgent treatment and real modification of fairness.”
A Berri position comes at a time when discussions interact on the file of exclusive weapons and international guarantees, amid internal attraction and anxiety from the explosion of any international settlement at the expense of Lebanese balances.
