Mikati, I Mati Al -Rifai: It was a prominent constitutional and legal reference

In a statement, Mikati said: “Lebanon loses the departure of former deputy, Hassan Al -Rifai, a prominent constitutional and legal reference that left basic imprints in the legislative work, and in formulating and approves many basic laws and legislation.”
He added: “There is no doubt that his absence in this articulated stage in the history of Lebanon will leave a large void, especially since it has always been in line with the occurrence and restore constitutional matters to its true quorum.”
He concluded: “On the personal level, his opinion has always been in many of the stations that I consulted in the basic of resolving the decisions that I was dealing with during the assumption of the government of the authority, and he was expressing a constitutional background that increased the years and experience in depth and wisdom, and a clear patriotism that formed a milestone in his career. May God have mercy on him.”
