“When the government was taken at the August 5 session of the decision to restrict weapons in the hands of the state, and adopted on September 5 the army leadership’s plan to implement the decision, and when we had considered these decisions an important political and leadership step to strengthen the authority of the state and its legitimate institutions, I went to the government with a question about the decision to limit the weapon in the hands of the state and the obstacles of its application, it came in its text:“ What information was made on the basis of the approval of the Council of Ministers on the goals mentioned in the introduction The American side regarding the extension and confirmation of the stopping of hostilities between Lebanon and Israel? Why is there no clarity in the implementation of the army’s plan adopted by the government on restricting weapons in the hands of the state? Why does the government not inform the deputies on the information and details and content of the plan, and if what is being implemented is in line with the plan? What is the nature of the Arab and international communications that the government conducted or conducts to keep pace with this file and secure the conditions for its implementation? What are the obstacles and obstacles that slow implementation, whether political, security, administrative, or financial? How does the government intend to confront and overcome it? We are from our site in the Parliament, we ask the government about its vision and its clear position on the implementation of its sovereign decisions, and its position on the project to support the army, and we demand the response within the legal deadline.
