– Hizbullah and Palestinian camps, in addition to implementing the UN Resolution 1701, stressed the importance of dealing with these files to ensure Lebanon’s stability.
– The French interest in the reconstruction of Lebanon showed that Paris is working to organize two international conferences to support Lebanon, the first, economic, provided that the Lebanese authorities are committed to the required reforms, and the second, “military”, with the aim of securing support for the Lebanese army, and in this regard the data indicate that the French capabilities are to secure only the aid remains limited, compared to the American side, and therefore Paris aspires to establish an international fund capable of securing an amount of one billion dollars Annually to support the security institutions, according to the vision of the President of the Republic, which is currently not available.
