Lebanon on the railway … lighting and cleaning the tunnels of Al -Awza’i – Khaldeh

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has completed the work of lighting the tunnels of Al -Awza’i – Khaldeh in both directions, within the “Lebanon on the Railway” project aimed at maintaining roads, bridges and tunnels in Lebanon.
The technical teams continue to carry out comprehensive cleaning work within the four tunnels on the two paths, including cleaning the walls and complete sweeping operations, which enhances traffic safety and improves the infrastructure of the tunnels. The ministry confirmed that this step is part of a comprehensive plan to enhance public safety on the roads, noting that the “Lebanon on the Railway” project will continue with successive steps, to support the economic and developmental advancement in the country.
