However, the American and abroad insistence on the Lebanese state implement the requirements for extending its control over its territory and implementing the decisions of the Council of Ministers to disarm, and enable it to preserve security and stability until international borders, in return requires the United States to implement the guarantees that it pledged during the mediation to stop hostilities, and pressure Israel to carry out a withdrawal from the strategic sites that occupy it in southern Lebanon and stop all Hostile works. The continued situation of Lebanon as it is currently for a long time, without progress to end on the period of time and stop the Israeli attacks in all its forms, and accelerate the process of reconstruction in the south, and returning citizens to their homes and villages, complicating the state’s mission to establish security and stability in the south, and gives an excuse to Hezbollah to increase his objection and his rejection of the decision to remove his Iranian weapon.
