In the south .. controlling a fire near a UNIFIL centers

The fire that broke out this afternoon, in the Tel Nahhas area, located between the towns of Kfarkla and the Tower of Kings, near one of the UNIFIL forces centers.

The civil defense cars were immediately rushed from Al -Qulaiya Center to the site to try to control the fire. However, the speed of the wind and the rough land nature led to the expansion of the fire towards extensive lands in the abscess of the town of the Kings, and the flames are closely close to the houses of the population and the UNIFIL Center, which necessitated the use of additional teams of civil defense centers in the tents and new references.
The firefighting efforts continued for more than 5 continuous hours, as the civil defense elements faced great difficulties in besieging the fire, and despite all the challenges, they managed to control the fire and extinguish it, and prevent its extension to homes.
It is noteworthy that the fire came on areas of forest and fruitful trees, amid appeals to intensify prevention procedures in anticipation of the ignition of new fires.
