“Touch” announced in a statement that “the network has been subjected to a chronic external jamming recently intensified in the wing area, which partially affects the quality of telecommunications and data service.”

The company confirmed that it “is studying all possible solutions to improve the quality of service in the region, specifically in Al -Zahra Hospital, and to ensure the continuity of the service for its subscribers in full coordination with the Ministry of Communications and the concerned authorities.”
The company apologized for “any inconvenience resulting from this circumstance outside its will,” declaring that it “will keep its subscribers aware of any development in this field,” stressing its “constant keenness to secure the highest levels of quality and stability in its services.”
