The statement stated that 3 servers and soldiers from the 52nd Battalion in the Armored Brigade 401, while a 50th soldier from the “Nahhal” brigade was moderately wounded.
According to the preliminary investigations of the army, 3 militants from Ham to the vicinity of a camp in the Kafr Jabalia area, near the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City, infiltrated at 6 am, after the forces returned from night operations.
The gunmen attacked a tank at the entrance to the camp, and shot its leader while it was outside the Alawite hole, and then threw an explosive device inside it, killing the four soldiers, according to the newspaper.
The army added that other soldiers on the site responded to the gunmen while they were fleeing, and at least two of them were wounded, while an Israeli soldier was injured in his leg after an exchange of fire.
