Guterres expressed his welcome and optimism in the statement of the Hama movement

The Secretary -General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, expressed his welcome and optimism regarding the Hama Movement statement, in which she declared her willingness to release the hostages and engage on the last proposal presented by US President Donald Trump.
