French advice to Hezbollah: Give time to implement the army plan

A Western diplomatic source says: “The party was supposed to wait and not burn stages by issuing its provisions on intentions,; Because his interest lies in his standing behind the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, in his diplomatic choice to compel Israel to withdraw from the south, and to enable the army to support the interim international emergency forces (UNIFIL), to complete its deployment to the international borders in implementation of Resolution 1701 ».
The diplomatic source asks: “Where is the interest of Hizbullah in its populist bidding on the head of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun and the government, Nawaf Salam, as long as they insist that the first stage of the army’s leadership plan begin to implement the exclusive weapon from southern Litani to complete the deployment of the army?”
He says they are putting the United States of America in front of its responsibility by pressing Israel to withdraw; Being the sponsor next to France for the ceasefire agreement.
He notes that the implementation of the remaining stages of an exclusive weapon plan remains pending the response of Israel to its first stage by its withdrawal from the south of Litani. And he confirms that the party is not justified by repeating its adherence to its weapon, which crowds Aoun and the government in front of the international community, instead of providing the facilities required of it to implement it, and it is sufficient to monitor the reaction of Israel.
The same source says that the party must follow the policy of calm, especially since Aoun and with it Salam were linked to the initiation of the application of what was stipulated in the American paper to compel its other parties concerned with its application, i.e. Israel and Syria. On the other hand, a ministerial source is surprised by what was issued by the political assistant to the Secretary -General of “Hizbulb”, Hussein Khalil, to draw a separation of the party’s relationship with the army leadership and the executive authority, and says that he singled out the military establishment with a positive gesture against the background of the plan it prepared, in addition to holding responsibility for the executive authority.
And he confirms that what he said is not in his place, and he will not have the bounces in terms of cooperation between the leadership of the army and the political authority; Because what unites them is the lack of power to implement the exclusive weapon, and this is what the party knows well, especially since there is no room for discrimination, given that the military establishment is subject to the executive authority implements the decisions it takes, and it is appreciated by the Lebanese for its role in preserving civil peace, and addressing the attempts that are intended to escape security.
The source, who preferred not to be named, “Hizbullah”, asks about the reasons that invite him to keep his weapons, other than his approval of the ministerial statement, which stipulated his exclusivity and on the basis of which he participated in two ministers in the government.
