For the last time .. a warning communication to the owners and investors of fuel distribution stations in Beirut

The Governor of Beirut City, Judge Marwan Abboud, issued a warning and reminder for the last time, to the owners and investors of liquid fuel distribution stations within the scope of the Beirut City Governorate.
Attracting the previous communication No. 2812/2025 dated 11/4/2025, and based on Decree No. 5509 dated 11/8/2024 (related to determining the general organizational conditions for liquid oil derivatives complexes, transportation tanks and distribution stations and to store and package the fueling fuel), especially Article Three of it, and by indicating the book of His Excellency the Minister of Energy and Water No. 431/p. 19/3/2025 (Related to the request from the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities to take the necessary immediate measures that would close and seal the red wax stations that distribute liquid hydrocarbons based on Lebanese soil without legal justification …) And on the necessities of the public interest and public safety requirements, all liquid fuel distribution stations are given in different categories within the scope of Beirut city that is not licensed and for the last time a deadline ends on 12/12/2025 To settle its legal status, in terms of applying for a legal file based on the station and requesting a related license in accordance with the assets of the municipal administration, under penalty of taking the measures stipulated in the laws and regulations in force, and concluded the stations that violate red wax when necessary.
