Berri: To move immediately and pressure Israel to stop its aggression

The Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri considered that the Israeli attacks that affected the villages of the south from the Shihabism, the Tower of Qalawaya, the Nabatiyeh al -Fawqa, Kafrbett and Mays al -Jabal, to Baalbek, accompanied by the daily bombing of the border villages, are no longer just violations of the ceasefire agreement, but constitute an aggression against Lebanon, its sovereignty, its army, the UNIFIL forces and its tasks in the south.
Berry pointed out that these attacks, which exceeded 4,500 breaches, according to the army’s data, aim to obstruct the implementation of Resolution 1701, which Lebanon has fully adhered to. The international community and the countries sponsoring the agreement, especially the United States, called for immediate action and pressure on Israel to stop its aggression. Berri concluded, stressing that what is happening must be suitable for the Lebanese at all levels to unify the situation in the face of the Israeli aggression targeting all of Lebanon.
