Aoun to Doha and New York carrying constants .. The army continues to implement the Palestinian disarmament plan

The President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, is heading in the coming hours to Doha to participate in the emergency Arab -Islamic Summit that discusses a draft resolution on the Israeli attack on the State of Qatar, and submitted by the preparatory meeting of the foreign ministers of the Arab and Islamic countries scheduled for today, provided that it will deliver the word Lebanon, which will include its confirmation of national and Arab constants and based on the discourse of the section and the ministerial statement.

Also, Aoun will visit New York a few days after attending the work of the annual session of the United Nations General Assembly, where he will deliver the word Lebanon. This participation acquires a special dimension due to its conjunction with a regional and international climate in support of the sovereign steps taken by the Lebanese government regarding the exclusive weapon in the hands of the state.
President Aoun’s participation in the United Nations bears double importance, as it is his first since he took office eight months ago, and constitutes a platform to present Lebanon’s positions to the international community in light of sensitive internal transformations. Likewise, the step of Awah represents a real test of Lebanon’s ability to re -place it internationally and invest in regional and international support to consolidate internal stability.
While the army is implementing a precise security plan focused on the South Litani region, the Minister of State for Administrative Development Affairs, Fadi Makki, confirmed that “the army will succeed in implementing the first phase of the plan south of Litani, which has become almost successful.”
He stated that the success of the plan depends on the Israeli withdrawal from the south, the cessation of attacks and the armament of the army.
Makiya commented on the words of Hezbollah Secretary -General Sheikh Naim Qasim about “we are informed of the exclusive weapon,” saying: “He was based and placed behind the ministerial statement that everyone agreed to.”
On the ground, the army received a new batch of weapons from the Ain al -Hilweh and Beddawi camps, in a move within the fourth stage of the Palestinian disarmament plan inside the camps, and this stage included various types of weapons and ammunition, which reflects an advanced trend towards controlling the security situation, but the operation is still incomplete in terms of inclusiveness, especially since most of the forces and factions outside the Fatah movement have not yet actually involved in this plan, and continue to express About her rejection of partial and solo surrender without radical treatment of the Palestinian reality in Lebanon.
Until now, the Hama and Islamic Jihad movements consider that the agreement must take place within a unified Palestinian framework that includes the Joint Action Authority, and takes into account the priorities of refugees such as civil and human rights, while other Islamic powers such as the “Ansar League” require that it preceded by a comprehensive Palestinian consensus that guarantees the settlement of the wanted file, and although this step constitutes a tangible development as it is the first time for decades that a weapon is delivered from the Ain camp. Al -Hilweh, however, concerns are still existing on the fate of the remaining arsenal of heavy weapons, the extent of the rest of the parties to engage in the same path, especially in light of fears of the exposure of the camps security after the abstraction, and the fear of repeating the bloody scenarios that the residents of Ain al -Hilweh lived as a result of repeated internal conflicts.
To that, Lebanon is looking forward to the initiatives that France intends to submit to Lebanon, which was announced by the French delegate Jean -Yves Laudrian, with the aim of supporting Lebanon and stabilizing its stability, as Paris sought to launch an international conference to support the army, expected to be held during the next fall, with the aim of securing financing, equipping, and logistical support necessary to enhance the capabilities of the army and an international conference for reconstruction and economic recovery concerned with reforming what was destroyed by wars and attacks, no, no, no Especially in the south, Bekaa and the southern suburb of Beirut, as well as the “Beirut 1 Investment Conference”, which France is seeking to hold in Lebanon and the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun.
