Ambassador is optimistic: No war, so I returned

Western diplomatic circles indicate that the situation in Lebanon is still governed by the existing stato despite the charged atmosphere, from American statements related to “Hezbollah” and the continuous Israeli attacks. These circles quoted a Western ambassador to confirm that “there is no war on Lebanon, as happened last September, and there is no violent war as it is promoted,” noting that if the situation was heading to a dangerous scenario “I would not have returned to my work at the embassy after a monthly leave in my country.”
