After the attack on UNIFIL … What did the Israeli army say?

Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraei said that an Israeli force worked at a military position in southern Lebanon yesterday monitored a suspect in the area.

He added: “The force has made several sound bombs in the monitoring area with the aim of confusion and removing the threat without any injuries.”
He continued: “On the other hand, some of the UNIFIL elements who worked in the region have informed them of shooting.”
He said: “After the investigation, the military contact was contacted to clarify the details of the incident, stressing that the army did not deliberately shoot at the UNIFIL forces.”
