A general strike in Al -Bedawi camp .. What is the reason?

The Palestinian student forces, the youth gathering and the family committees in Al -Bedawi camp today carried out a general strike and closure of UNRWA institutions, with the exception of health services centers, provided that the closure continues until further notice.

The strike came in protest against the UNRWA decision to restore the row in classes to 50 students, which creates overcrowded and forty ranks, in addition to the problems of medical transfers and the reductions of the Department of Affairs and Health. The strikers confirmed that the UNRWA administration in Lebanon, instead of searching for practical solutions or alternative international support, takes decisions that negatively affect the quality of education, including the abolition of schools and academic materials such as the computer and cancellation School committees, which increases the pressure on students and teachers. The statement indicated that the new classes, especially in the secondary school, have a grade area of ​​about 48 square meters, will increase the difficulty of learning, stressing that the strike will include the rest of the areas later.
