At a time when Lebanon collapses economically and financially, the basic services are collapsed from health, education, electricity and water, and the military drowns in suffering suffocating living, while half of the south is destroyed and the Israeli threats are under the rest of the Lebanese, eight deputies of their time to present a question to the government about the appointment of Colonel Suzan al -Hajj Assist to the head of the Central Administration Unit in the Internal Security Forces.

Representatives Halima Al -Qaqour, Paula Yaqoubian, Mark Daw, Michel Al -Duwaihi, Waddah Al -Sadiq, Centia Zarazer, Firas Hamdan, and Ibrahim Munimna, decided to make this appointment their “great cause”, ignoring the comprehensive collapse that kills Lebanon. This suspicious parliamentary preoccupation only reflects political bankruptcy and the inability to face major national challenges.

The most dangerous is that this parliamentary group showed a clear ignorance of the law, as the military court that acquitted the artist Ziad Itani and who boasts its decisions is the same as the court that acquitted Colonel Suzan al -Hajj and conclusively confirmed that it has no condemnation. Rather, the Military Court of Cassation, the highest military judicial authority in Lebanon, issued a decision concluded with its innocence, which will blow up all the misleading allegations. As for talking about a previous disciplinary decision, it is invalid in form and content, as the decision is contested and appealed, and with the issuance of criminal rulings concluding innocence, the ruling of any legal impact of the administrative decision is negated, in accordance with the established rule that makes criminal decisions higher than the administrative.

What increases doubts about the backgrounds of this attack is that it came for purely personal and electoral ends and goals. The evidence is that these deputies ignored other officers whose names were mentioned in the recent formations, some of whom were pursued before the criminal courts, and one of them is a Sunni officer who issued a decision by the Disciplinary Council to expel him. Why did they not ask any question to the government about it? Keeling with doubles reveals intentions and confirms that targeting is intended.

We will not mention any name in order to preserve the morale of the officers and members of the Internal Security Forces, and in the form of an institution that is still providing blood in facing security challenges, despite the difficult economic conditions under which its ranks and elements are left.

Accordingly, it is clear that the campaign against Colonel Suzan Al -Hajj is only a reflection of political hatred and horizontal hatred, while the Lebanese are waiting for their representatives to confront the economic and financial collapse and address Israeli threats, instead of distraction with absurd battles with the only goal of settling accounts and distorting opponents.
