After a long wait … a solution soon for the coastal highway

The coastal road from the dog river to the casino bridge is used daily by tens of thousands of drivers who find themselves stuck in long queues of crowding, especially in the summer, when traffic doubles. Although the expansion project was previously launched in 2019, he did not see the light at the time, which kept the suffering of citizens to this day, but the expansion could not bear fruit unless it corresponds to an integrated plan for public transport. In this context, the minister, Rasmani, announced his commitment to securing thirty new buses distributed to the districts of the districts in the regions, and not in Beirut alone, in addition to an upcoming Chinese gift estimated at about a hundred buses. This step comes as a continuation of the “joint transportation” project that the state launched on December 20, 2024, through six first lines that linked Beirut and its suburbs, before expanding last April to include new lines reaching the capital in Tripoli in the north, pictures of the south, and Shtora in the Bekaa.
