An American concern of a need … and Baghdad responds

Sabah Al -Numan, a spokesman for the Commander -in -Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, stressed that the “ISIS” organization no longer constitutes a direct threat to Iraq, noting that the security and intelligence forces “possess the initiative and continue to direct daily strikes on terrorist elements.”
Al -Numan said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (conscious): “Gangs are not a threat to Iraq, and our security forces are able and ready to deal with security developments … We have daily follow -up and security and intelligence operations against terrorist elements wherever they are, and they receive continuous strikes thanks to the determination and vigilance of the security forces. The regional “does not affect the internal security of Iraq directly”, and that the Iraqi forces are working with the highest readiness and morale. Al -Numan’s statement came hours after a statement published by the American embassy in Baghdad via the “X” platform, in which Washington expressed its “deep concern” regarding the expansion of the “CH” organization in Iraq and Syria, along with the activity of the “Al Qaeda” organization.
